Dr. Melanie Barnett Fisher is a veterinarian based out of the greater Memphis area. She is licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

Her practice is focused on offering acupuncture, high quality laser therapy (Activet Pro by Multi Radiance), and herbal therapies/nutraceuticals. She also may incorporate adjunctive therapies such as massage, stretching, and at home plans including massage, stretching, exercises, acupressure treatment guides, and diet recommendations to achieve healing and wellness for almost all species of animals.

Her acupuncture treatments are comprehensive and may include electroacupuncture, aqua-acupuncture, direct needling, and pneumoacupuncture. Dr. Fisher is currently training in chiropractics and this service will be coming soon!

Dr. Fisher’s clinic is a peaceful setting located on a 10 acre farm. It is just 3 minutes from Memphis and 1 minute from Collierville. She only allows 1 patient at a time so you have her undivided attention for the entire visit to discuss all of your animal’s needs. She transitioned to this facility because she found her patients are much less stressed and anxious in this setting vs. a traditional veterinary setting. Dr. Fisher offers a direct line to call/text her for established and current patients.

The patients/owners enjoy her personal touch and great communication which compliments her tranquil clinic setting. Her clinic is comfortable and the setting is meant to feel like home. The property has two facilities, one for large animals and one for small animals. She also offers ambulatory services.
